Before an avocado grows, there is a flower and a bee. Avocado blossoms yield nectar dark and rich like molasses. Bees pollinate the avocado flowers and collect the nectar, transforming it into honey. When fermented, Avocado Blossom honey becomes a robust, full flavor mead.

A fan favorite in our tasting room. Clover blossom honey is perhaps the most recognizable and familiar honey, a classic American varietal. Clover flowers bloom freely in wild grasslands and provide abundant nectar for bees to make honey.
