2023 vintage -  7th annual traditional honey mead. 14% abv. 0g. residual sugar. Single barrel batch. Only 50 cases produced. 375ml. beeswax dipped bottle.

Fermented from 100% Raspberry Blossom honey, harvested locally by Mission Beekeeping in Ojai, CA. Aged 1 year in a single oak wine barrel.

Tasting notes: Smooth, full body that melts on the pallet. Concentrated, classic floral honey aromas and flavors enhance the perception of sweetness, despite being completely dry with 0g. residual sugar. Vanilla & toasted oak flavors are reminiscent of full bodied chardonnay.
