YOUR PLACE IN THE HIVE:

COVERING TERRITORIES FROM PASO ROBLES TO LONG BEACH, WE ARE SEEKING TO EXPAND OUR TEAM OF SALES REPRESENTATIVES / BRAND AMBASSADORS TO HELP US SPREAD THE WORD THAT OUR BUBBLY NECTAR IS AVAILABLE FAR AND WIDE!

YOUR PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITY WILL BE TO MANAGE OUR RELATIONSHIPS WITH NEW AND EXISTING WHOLESALE ACCOUNTS, TO DRIVE SALES AND POSITIVELY REPRESENT THE APIARY BRAND. YOU WILL REPORT DIRECTLY TO THE WHOLESALE DIRECTOR, WORK IN CONJUNCTION WITH TEAMMATES, AND OUR ON- AND OFF-PREMISE WHOLESALE ACCOUNTS TO OPTIMIZE REPRESENTATION AND SALES THROUGHOUT THE REGION. 

WHO YOU ARE: 

YOU HAVE A SOCIAL AND OUTGOING PERSONALITY, WITH PROFICIENCY IN BUILDING AND MAINTAINING RELATIONSHIPS; YOU ARE SELF-MOTIVATED, ORGANIZED, AND ENERGETIC. YOU HAVE A DESIRE TO WORK IN A FAST-GROWING COMPANY, AND ARE READY TO LEARN AND BE COACHED IN REAL TIME, AND CONTINUALLY LOOKING TO IMPROVE WHOLE SYSTEM EFFECTIVENESS.

YOU HAVE A PASSION FOR LEADING AN ACTIVE, HEALTHFUL LIFESTYLE, A DEEP APPRECIATION FOR NATURE, AND AN INTEREST IN CONNECTING TO THE NATURAL WORLD THROUGH FOOD. YOU MIGHT HAVE AN INTEREST IN FARMING, GARDENING, FARMERS MARKETS, COOKING, OR CREATING. YOU ALSO LIKE TO PARTY SOMETIMES.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • DRIVE FREQUENT COMMUNICATION THROUGH EMAIL, PHONE, AND IN PERSON VISITS TO ON- AND OFF-PREMISE ACCOUNTS.
  • COMMUNICATE WEEKLY UPDATES ON ALL ACCOUNT ACTIVITY TO THE WHOLESALE DIRECTOR, SHARING WHAT IS WORKING WELL, WHAT IS NOT WORKING, WITH THE SHARED GOAL OF CONTINUALLY IMPROVING OUR WHOLESALE SYSTEM.
  • USE TIME MANAGEMENT AND ORGANIZATION WITH YOUR NEW ACCOUNT LEADS AND ACTIVE ACCOUNTS IN YOUR TERRITORY, TO MAINTAIN A SMOOTH FLOW OF COMMUNICATION AND EXCELLENT SERVICE. 
  • WORK WITH TEAMMATES AND WHOLESALE DIRECTOR TO SHARE BEST PRACTICES AND MAXIMIZE OPPORTUNITIES WITHIN THE HIVE MIND. 

QUALIFICATIONS:

MUST BE 21+ YEARS OF AGE

STRONG INTERPERSONAL SKILLS

RESULTS-ORIENTED 

AT LEAST 1 YEAR OF EXPERIENCE IN SALES, ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGE SALES PREFERRED.

ABLE TO LIFT AND CARRY UP TO 45 LB.

LIVE IN VENTURA/SB/LA/SLO COUNTIES 

VALID DRIVER’S LICENSE 

DAILY ACCESS TO A RELIABLE VEHICLE

WILLINGNESS TO WORK SOME WEEKENDS AND EVENINGS

PASSION FOR SALES AND BETTER-FOR-YOU BEVERAGES 

BASIC UNDERSTANDING OF ALCOHOL PRODUCTION IS A PLUS, BUT TRAINING WILL BE PROVIDED 

COMPENSATION: 

PART TIME, FLEXIBLE HOURS

COMMISSION + MILEAGE REIMBURSEMENT
