Shipping policy

When will my order ship?

For all California zipcodes we offer standard shipping. Orders are packed within 2 business days and shipping takes 1-2 additional business days. We deliver Monday-Saturday but not on Sunday.

 

Do I have to be 21+ to order Apiary?

Yes. You will be ID’d when the delivery is made.

 

Do I have to be present to accept my delivery?

Someone who is at least 21 years old must be available to sign for each shipment. When providing us with a shipping address please take this into account as all packages require an in-person signature. Carriers will not leave packages unattended. After 3 unsuccessful attempts your shipment will be returned to sender.

 

How do I track my order?

You’ll get a shipping confirmation email as soon as your order ships with a tracking number.

 

What if my package does not arrive?

What do I do if I want to cancel or modify my order?

We may be able to modify your order if you contact us within 24 hours of placing your order. If you want to modify or cancel, please email orders@drinkapiary.com

 

What do I do if the product is damaged or my order is incorrect?

Email us at orders@drinkapiary.com with the details and a photo of the damaged/incorrect order.

 

What do I do if I want a refund?

Email us at orders@drinkapiary.com with details on why you’re asking for a refund; please include any relevant photos.

Due to the rules and requirements of local laws, we cannot accept returns of alcoholic beverages.
