WHAT IS MEAD?
THE WORLD'S ORIGINAL ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGE.
Mead is made by diluting honey with water and fermenting the resulting liquid. Endless mead styles are possible from hight abv. honey wines to light sessionable refreshers. At Apiary, we tend to make our meads on the refreshingly dry end of the spectrum with little to no residual sugar.

Made from whole, organic apples grown in the Sierra Madre mountains in Santa Barbara County.
WHAT IS JUN?
RAW PROBIOTIC MADE FROM ORGANIC HONEY.
Known as the "Champagne of Kombucha" Jun is made from honey instead of white sugar as is common with standard kombucha. Apiary Jun is naturally fermented in a continuous method using the same Jun culture since we first opened in 2016. Brewed with Organic Honey and flavored with organic botanicals.

Honey production doesn't require a single acre to be tilled or a single tree to be felled. Bees can make honey from the nectar of any flowering landscape, while pollinating it in the process. Drink mead and keep wildland wild.
