This Imperial strength 10% abv. dry cider is fermented entirely from Fuji apples, organically grown just up the road from us at the foot of the Sierra Madre Mountains in the back country of Santa Barbara County. These exceptional apples are packed with flavor, and have the highest brix (fermentable sugars) of any apple varietal we’ve ever worked with.

More like a wine than a typical cider, Sierra Madre Fuji is expressive of the place it was grown and fermented, this place. You’ll be hard pressed (pun intended) to find a farm-to-bottle Southern California cider as unique as this.
