Our signature cider pays homage to our local ecology. Inspired by the spring blooms and apple orchards of the Sierra Madre Mountains tucked away behind our tasting room in Carpinteria.
Tasting Notes
Crisp and refreshing with aromatic floral notes, juicy apple & stone fruit flavors, and a clean citric finish. Just a hint of sweetness from single varietal orange blossom honey balances the crisp acidity.
